Temporary Office Receptionist (3 Month Temp)
Location: Botley, Oxford
Start Date: 7th January
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Hourly rate: £13 per hour
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable Temporary Receptionist to join our team in Botley, Oxford, for a 3-month temporary assignment starting 7th January.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming visitors and managing front desk duties

Answering and directing incoming calls

Managing emails and basic administrative tasks

Booking meeting rooms and handling appointments

Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area

Supporting basic health and safety procedures
About You:

Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience preferred

Some knowledge or experience of health and safety procedures in an office environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Well-presented, organised, and professional

Confident using phones, email, and basic office systems

Must be available to start on 7 January and commit to the full 3-month period
