Senior Contract Manager – Cleaning Services (Fluent Spanish required)
We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Contract Manager to lead cleaning operations across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive service excellence, ensure compliance, and nurture trusted client relationships.
You’ll oversee a team of Site Managers, guiding them to deliver consistent quality, efficiency, and safety. From monitoring KPIs to mentoring teams and managing budgets, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and driving innovation across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites
- Monitor and enhance performance through audits and client reviews
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
- Coach and develop Site Managers to achieve operational targets
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and contractual standards
- Support quotations and new contract mobilisations
Skills & Experience Required:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Senior Contract Manager within cleaning or Facilities Management
- Skilled in leadership, organisation, and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH, and cleaning compliance
- Proficient in reporting, budgeting, and workforce management systems
- BICSc, IOSH, or NEBOSH qualifications ideal
