Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator / Property Administrator
22.5 hours per week | Saturday, Sunday, Monday
We are seeking a pro-active, confident and customer-focused Resident Services Coordinator / Property Administrator to join our growing property team in Reading.
This role is helping to cover busy periods when there are lots of messages and queries from residents on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
This could be an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and resident experiences, within a fast-paced property environment.
You will act as the first point of contact for residents, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the wider property management team to ensure seamless operations and high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound resident communications across phone, email, and online portals
- Triaging and prioritising resident requests to ensure timely resolution
- Conduct proactive follow-ups and service satisfaction calls
- Coordinate virtual move-ins and support residents with access systems
- Handle tenancy changes including renewals, transfers, and terminations
- Book inspections and manage access requests
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and support problem resolution
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
About You:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within property, estate agency, PBSA, or BTR
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and managing workload independently
- Confident using CRM systems and digital platforms to keep accurate records
