Recruitment Manager – Facilities Management (with Spanish)
In this stand-alone role, you will be required to partner with hiring managers to manage all vacancies across the whole business, finding incredible talent, building talent pools, and shaping a candidate experience that’s engaging and informative at every stage.
The role:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and identify talent.
- Write compelling job ads and proactively source candidates through multiple channels.
- Manage interviews and ensure every applicant has a brilliant experience.
- Lead offer and onboarding processes, handling all communications with care and precision.
- Support hourly paid recruitment and ensure all compliance steps are met.
- Keep recruitment data accurate and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple roles at once.
- Commercial awareness and great writing skills to attract top talent.
