Marketing Executive - Student Accommodation
We’re looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Executive to help drive brand awareness, occupancy, and community engagement across a growing portfolio in the student accommodation sector.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in the property sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build strong, well-rounded marketing experience across digital, content, and campaign delivery.
You’ll support multi-channel campaigns, manage and optimise website content (WordPress), oversee third-party listings, and contribute to SEO, paid media, and content creation. From coordinating photoshoots to analysing competitor activity and campaign performance, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, data-driven marketing that makes a real impact on-site and online.
- Marketing degree or equivalent
- Experience in the property sector
- Good knowledge of HubSpot
- Copy writing and content creation experience
- Strong with building communities and engagement
