Marketing Executive – PBSA (Student Living)

Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives on short-form video and digital storytelling? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to take the lead on content creation and digital channels for a growing PBSA business.
The role
You will be the main content creator, owning social media, website and digital platforms. From filming engaging 10–15 second videos for TikTok and Instagram to managing YouTube, Google profiles and website updates, you will create content that drives engagement, supports sales activity and strengthens the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Create, publish and analyse high-impact content across social media, website and YouTube
- Capture photography and video at events, Open Days and across multiple sites
- Increase resident engagement through competitions and user-generated content
- Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy
- Use analytics, UTM tracking and performance data to optimise results and produce monthly reports
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve website user journeys and conversion
About you
- A confident content creator with a strong focus on social media and short-form video
- Digitally savvy, with experience using analytics to inform decision-making
- Organised, proactive and flexible, with availability for some out-of-hours and weekend working
You will be based at the Leicester Head Office, with regular travel to other sites and involvement in Open Days, Clearing and events throughout the year.
