Lettings Co-ordinator - Berkshire

Lettings Coordinator - £25,000

Location: Reading
Full-Time | Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Coordinator to join a fast-growing residential property business within the Private Rented Sector. This is a key role supporting the lettings team and delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to viewing stage.

The Role

You will manage incoming enquiries across the portfolio, assess prospective tenants’ requirements and affordability, and coordinate property viewings with Lettings Consultants. Acting as the first point of contact for the lettings function, you will ensure all communication is handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound calls and email enquiries

  • Recording and maintaining accurate lead information within the CRM

  • Promoting the benefits of the properties and services to prospective tenants

  • Coordinating and scheduling property viewings

  • Providing administrative support to the lettings team

        Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in lettings, property, or a customer-facing administrative role (preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive, confident, and able to work independently

  • A team player with a positive, customer-focused approach
