Insurtech - Growth Start-up -Customer Service Manager - Customer Experience Manager - Health Insurance
Disrupt are currently sourcing for an experienced Customer Service/Customer Experience manager to join this scaling Insurtech.
This role is looking for a naturally engaging leader with experience of scaling the customer function a start-up or scale up regulated business previously ideally with with a strong grasp of utilising data/analytics to shape the continued customer engagement and value.
This role is looking for expertise of building/creating excellence within the Customer service/engagement/success function previously.
We are seeking this critical first hire to engage with customers in the 60 yrs + demographic with well thought out and tailored solutions that support and meet the customer needs in an ethical and supportive way.
Longer term there will be further products to bring to customers across this demographic all built on core values and ethics to offer something that is more purpose driven in it's approach.
This role will be mainly remote to start with the ability and willingness to attend meetings in central London (West End). Longer term it will move to a hybrid working with an office in London. As such we need applicants to live commutable to London.
All applicants must have the full indefinite right to work and remain in the UK a no sponsorship is available longer term with this business.
We would love to see applicants with experience of scaling or building the customer function from a start-up/scale up or regulated business.
Any specific Insurance/Insurtech, Health or previous Fintech experience would be desirable.
This is a key role working within this exciting growth business backed/co-founded by a team who has excelled in growing related businesses (extremely successfully) in this space previously.
