Customer Service Advisor - Student Accommodation
Join a leading purpose-built student accommodation provider at our Bournemouth site. You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents, keeping things running smoothly and making their home away from home feel welcoming.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming residents and visitors at reception
- Handling queries in person, by phone and by email
- Helping students with directions, building access and deliveries
- Logging and following up on maintenance requests
- Supporting move-in and move-out days (our busiest and most fun times!)
- Helping with resident events and keeping communal areas looking great
- Keeping accurate records and supporting the wider site team
What we’re looking for
- Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail or similar is great)
- A warm, professional and can-do attitude
- Confident communication, face to face and in writing
- Good organisation and the ability to stay calm when it’s busy
- Comfortable with IT systems and learning new ones quickly
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends or peak periods
