Cleaning Team Leader (Spanish Speaking)
We’re looking for a hands-on Specialist Cleaning Team Leader to take charge of a skilled cleaning team delivering exceptional deep cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and high-level access work across multiple sites in London.
You’ll manage specialist services day-to-day operations, ensure safety and quality on every job, and inspire excellence in your team. You will need to have strong communication skills, leadership experience and first-class organisational skills, along with the ability to switch seamlessly between English and Spanish.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience leading specialist cleaning teams, with very high standards and attention to safety all times
- Window cleaning experience including COSHH (working at height and manual handling procedures)
- Confident using MEWPs, pressure washers, and water-fed pole systems
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge (IPAF, PASMA or similar a plus)
- A full UK driving licence essential
- Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently is essential for this role
