Business Development Manager
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to win new business, build strong client relationships, and help drive growth across London and South East.
This is a great opportunity for a proven sales professional in the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector who thrives on prospecting, closing deals, and managing the full sales cycle.
The role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating your own opportunities, activating leads from the CRM database, booking qualified appointments with potential clients, and converting leads into new contracts.
You’ll also attend site visits, carry out surveys, provide quotes, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and work closely with operations to ensure smooth handovers.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience selling services, ideally within the cleaning industry or a similar FM environment.
- A strong track record of winning new business, building a consistent pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Confidence in managing high-value sales conversations and closing contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a full UK driving licence.
