Business Development Manager – Facilities Management
We have a new vacancy for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive growth and secure new client partnerships within our expanding facilities management business.
You’ll take ownership of lead generation, client engagement, and contract negotiation — turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who loves autonomy, thrives on hitting targets, and brings fresh energy to a growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors
- Manage a full sales pipeline from lead to deal closure
- Create tailored commercial proposals and costing models
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Report on sales performance and contribute to growth strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales
- Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong commercial awareness
- CRM experience (HubSpot a bonus)
- Knowledge of the cleaning or FM sector is advantageous
