Building Manager - London (West & West End)

Building Manager, Central London

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Building Manager to join a beautiful new co-living development in central London.

The role

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Oversee lettings, voids, repairs, and day-to-day building operations.

  • Manage contractors, onsite staff, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure the building is well maintained, safe, and presented to a high standard.

  • Support community building and resident engagement.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, PRS, or property management.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

  • Confidence using digital systems and working across multiple priorities.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to high standards.
