Accommodation Manager – Leicester

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Accommodation Manager to lead the daily operations of a vibrant student accommodation community in Leicester. This role is all about creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment where residents can thrive and feel at home.
You’ll oversee site operations, inspire a motivated team, and deliver an exceptional resident experience from move-in to move-out.
The role:
- Lead, support, and develop a high-performing on-site team.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Build positive relationships with residents, driving engagement and satisfaction.
- Deliver and support community initiatives that bring people together.

What you’ll need:
- Experience as an Accommodation Manager, General Manager or Property Manager.
