People Support Advisor
This is an amazing opportunity to join a large charity at their Head Office in London, working as part of their HR Team to be the first point of contact for internal staff who have queries about internal policies, procedures and information.
The People Support Team sit between the Recruitment Team and the HR Team.
The role:
- Provide friendly, professional and people-centred support to internal staff, including data processing, on-boarding of new starters, reference requests, contract changes, letters from HR etc
- Follow the process correctly for on-boarding new members of staff joining the charity
- Providing support, guidance and signposting to all internal policies and procedures
- Working with an HR ticketing system to manage a large number of queries as part of a team
- Data processing and analysis for HR reports
- Working to internal deadlines and service level agreements
- Directing more complex queries to Managers or others within the HR team
- Helping to improve processes to support performance of the team, including reviewing processes, key reports and improve monitoring of centralised data
- Ability to communicate internal processes clearly
Ideal applicants will have:
- An HR qualification e.g. CIPD Associate Level3 or above
- Experience of working with a large workload or HR ticketing systems, with ability to organise changing priorities throughout the day
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage all queries in a warm and friendly manner
- Take ownership and see tasks through to completion
