Management Accountant
One of our key clients are hiring for up-and-coming Management Accountants to join this amazing property management business just outside Oxford City Centre, with free parking available onsite.
The role will join our growing shared service finance team (circa 50 current employees) based at our Head Office in Oxford.

Key Tasks
- Production of monthly financial management information for a portfolio of clients.
- The production of Management Accounts tailored to the client’s needs
- Variance analysis investigating differences between actual and budget
- Commentary on actuals and variances 2. To liaise with Clients and Site Staff regarding accounting queries.
- To maintain regular contact with the client and site staff via email, telephone and the occasional face to face meeting.
- The production of annual site budgets, in conjunction with the Site Staff and Head of Operations and re-forecasting where necessary.
- Timely remittance of funds to clients and cash flow reporting.
- Ad-hoc reporting regards to banking covenants.
- Ensuring all below tasks are completed on a timely basis and/or delegated to team members e.g. all banking entries are entered onto the system daily with the support of the Processing Team.
- Calling of Repeat card payments in-line with the tenancy payment due dates.
- Managing client bank accounts and reconciliations on a daily basis and investigating where differences arise.
- Liaising with Accounts Payable to ensure that all invoices are correctly coded, accurately calculated, are in-line with budget, properly authorised and processed on a timely basis.
- All client accounting journals, including calculating accruals and prepayments, are posted to the nominal ledger to enable accurate recording and reporting of revenues and costs.
- Annual processing of Tenant Deposit returns in-line with TDPS and MDS regulations.
- To participate in process improvement
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of management reporting
- Assisting in the improvement and documentation of processes and procedures within Client Accounts.
Essential skills:
- AAT Level 3 and upwards Qualified / Part qualified/ or QBE
