Disrupt Agency are a purpose driven B-Corp and we have an exciting new role available for a logistics Administrator working for a global leading automotive business based in Reading. The Logistics administrator will be working in a busy team that manages orders and deliveries of automotive equipment and tools across Europe.
Logistics Administrator / Distribution Administrator
The ideal candidate will have fluent written and spoken Italian OR Spanish skills plus English and have worked in a customer facing environment that is time sensitive and involves ordering and delivery/distribution of goods.
Day to day duties will be office based (5 days per week) and will involve liaison with automotive dealerships across Europe, warehouses and distribution/logistics services to manage, monitor and deliver timely and efficient delivery of goods for customer needs.
The work is heavily managed within Excel so it is essential you have a good understanding of Excel as a user plus customer service skills. You will be required to manage multiple time critical deliveries, collections and distribution/storage of automotive goods so a good attention to detail and ability to remain calm and highly organised will be key skills required.
In addition the logistics administrator will have the opportunity to visit clients ad-hoc across Europe so some flexibility to travel will be needed.
