HR Data Analytics & Reporting Team Leader!
Great opportunity for an experienced HR / People Data Analytics and reporting specialist with some people management experience to join this amazing UK Charity. Hybrid role working 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote (Office Based SE London)
The Data Analytics & Reporting team Leader will be working across the HR / Human Resources business function and systems to provide deep analytics and reporting of data using Excel and Power BI mainly. You will also get to work on/support ad hoc projects as they are required covering HR Systems implementations, upgrades or integrations. The key focus for this position is on data, analytics and organisation wide management information data provision.
Ideal background:
• Experience of working within an HR Systems role recently with ideally 5 years + experience at a senior level including people leadership/team management.
• Proven experience in report scoping and writing using Business Intelligence and understanding or use of PowerBI or other similar reporting tools in creating data visualisation and analytics dashboards;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing effectively and appropriately with people at all levels throughout the organisation and external bodies as required, including software vendors;
• Proven end-to-end project management skills – roll out and delivery of system functionality up to and including UAT;
• Solutions-orientated and systematic approach to issue resolution;
• Previous line Management/people leadership experience
• Proven experience of leading development and support of major iTrent modules along with reviewing business process and data migration;
• Experience of HR and/or payroll processes;
• Ability and proven experience in planning and organising multiple priorities and deadline;
• Proven experience of gaining buy-in and negotiation skills working with suppliers and key stakeholders;
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements in an organisation;
• Excellent IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
