Customer Success / Account Manager – Automotive Industry
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success / Account Manager. This role is key in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention while identifying new opportunities for growth. This role is based in Reading.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients

Generate leads for new products within the existing customer base

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep information up to date

Provide sales administration support as required
Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, ideally within the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and collaborate with internal teams
