Commercial Support Administrator – up to £25k
Reading based role with hybrid working available
Our client is a fantastic international pharma business with offices based in Reading, Berkshire. The successful candidate will assume the administration duties that are required to support the Sales and Marketing functions within PFDC UK and Ireland: Providing Admin support to enable the team to continue to meet the demand of the consumer, shopper, and customers.
This interesting and varied role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of selected National Account New Line Forms, Maintenance forms and Compliance forms
- Raising Invoices across selected customers to the required standards and send for approval
- Boots BMG being a key requirement due to the volume of invoices and check and trace
- Office products pack & send
- Stock for customer meetings
- Send samples for new business when required
- Support with the input Amazon orders onto Alloga due to the complexity of the process
- Ensure that all reports are received, and information are shared with the team
- Work with allocated person within National accounts to review and send out to all parties
- Manage the transfer of marketing product and samples from our warehouse to internal departments and external agencies
- Coordinate products’ send outs to external agencies, influencers, and Retailers.
- Raise PRs and Tracking Budget of marketing spend across the 3 marketing areas
- Support the Team with internal, Instore, Online, social media, TV, Print and Outdoor activities and tracking competitor activities
- Download assets and keep folders updated with latest assets
- Weekly snap shots of e retailer activities and competitor
- Supporting the Dermatology Business Unit team with the creation, review and approval of external facing activities and materials such as webinars, marketing materials for the sales force such as leave pieces and detail aids, all associated training materials.
You will have:
- Minimum A Levels, preferably Business Studies
- Excellent levels of Maths and English
- Minimum of 1 year within a self-starting Administration role
- Demonstrate previous experience of excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, franking machine)
- The ability to use online software applications and internal portals after training
- A self-starter mentality and ability to own and successfully deliver a broad range of projects and tasks at any one time
- Strong team player working across the multi-functional team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to details
- Flexibility to adapt and change due to the demand of the business and different type of customers
