Centre Manager - Soho
Join this vibrant and rapidly expanding team as a Centre Manager! As the face of this site, this role is not just about managing a space; it's about infusing life and character into everyday work experiences for the guests. You'll play a crucial role in service delivery and site performance, collaborating closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure occupier satisfaction and smooth on-boarding experiences.
- Foster day-to-day supplier relationships.
- Assist in sales performance and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant workspace.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of operational experience in flexible workspaces, multi-let business spaces, or broader hospitality.
- Highly personable and friendly, with an ability to identify opportunities to enhance services and occupier satisfaction.
Skills (People & Technical):
- Be the Centre Champion, advocating for occupiers at every step.
- Build friendly and trusting relationships with occupiers.
- Create a warm welcome and memorable front-of-house experience.
- Own and enhance the welcome experience and front-of-house areas.
- Regularly review building amenities and engage with occupiers to identify changing needs.
- Self-motivated, diligent, enthusiastic, and approachable.
- Efficiently run front-of-house operations.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Implement an events schedule, including local leaders, networking, drinks, and morning meditation.
- Understand building specifications, space availability, and pricing for occasional tours.
- Provide input in reviewing processes and supporting systems.
- Monitor statutory and internal compliance, meeting company policies, RICS and ISO standards, and statutory timelines.
