<p>A small, family-run PBSA business is looking for a warm, professional and highly organised&nbsp;<b>Assistant Accommodation Manager</b>&nbsp;to help lead the day-to-day resident experience at their 70-bed student accommodation site in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role where you&rsquo;ll be the friendly face of the building, supporting residents, visitors and prospective tenants while helping to create a welcoming and well-presented community.</p>

<p><b>The role:</b></p>

<p>You&rsquo;ll be the main point of contact on site, welcoming visitors, carrying out tours, responding to enquiries and supporting general administration. You&rsquo;ll also help build positive resident relationships, always put student wellbeing first, support occupancy activity and assist with social events and site promotion.</p>

<p><b>Skills &amp; Experience Required:</b></p>

<p>You&rsquo;ll bring strong customer service and communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to stay organised while managing multiple priorities. Previous experience in PBSA, student accommodation, hospitality, reception or a community-facing role would be an advantage, but the right attitude and professionalism are just as important.</p>
