<p>As Tenancy Manager, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in managing tenancies across a national portfolio, helping to minimise void periods and maximise rental income while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for overseeing tenancy lifecycles, leading rent review processes, and building strong relationships with residents to support long-term retention.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

	<li>Monitor tenancy anniversaries and key portfolio milestones</li>
	<li>Manage tenancy renewals and negotiate rent reviews with residents</li>
	<li>Issue rent review notices in line with current legislation</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy records and systems</li>
	<li>Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Property Management &amp; Finance) to ensure smooth processes</li>
	<li>Support residents throughout their journey, handling enquiries and providing timely updates</li>
	<li>Draft tenancy documentation and assist with rental payment setup (e.g. Direct Debits)</li>
	<li>Deliver against key performance indicators including occupancy, retention, and customer satisfaction</li>
	<li>Ensure full compliance with UK lettings legislation and internal processes</li>
	<li>Provide regular reporting to senior leadership</li>

<p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p>

	<li>Proven experience in residential lettings, tenancy management, or renewals (essential)</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements</li>
	<li>Knowledge of the Build-to-Rent (BTR) or Private Rented Sector (PRS) is advantageous</li>
	<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
	<li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li>
	<li>Ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines</li>
	<li>A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach</li>
	<li>Confident using MS Office and property/lettings systems</li>
